  A Spanish court charged fine on soccer team FC Barcelona as they had  committed tax fraud

  while  signing off Brazil forward  Neymar in year 2013 . 
  
  

   

  FC Barcelona was  charged heavily by Judge Pablo Ruz with a breach of trust and rule against

  the tax authority which relates to the purchase of the Brazilian forward . 

  On  Wednesday  FC Barcelona denied the complaint against them  after the local  news media

  reported that the Spain's public prosecutor had asked Judge Ruz to lay fraud charges against the

  club to undermine and reduce the fan followers of the club . 
  
  

   

  The club's decisions   regarding the event to   sign Neymar as their player was in line with the

  available information but had  been fully compliant with existing law,.
