Eye Exercise : Follow and Share to CARE

    Eye is an important organ of our body . With it we can visualise and see objects .

     

    The light on falls on the object the colour which reflects when reaches our eye we can see it in

    that shape .

     

    To keep our eye healthy we need to do a lot of care about it .

     

    We must visit eye doctors and do a check up every 6 months . 

     

    If we are doing a strenuous work we must visit the chamber on a frequent basis .

     

    We can also do some exercise for our eyes .

     

    1. ROLLING THE EYEBALLS : 

    Try to roll our eyes clockwise and  then counter-clockwise.

    Always repeat this every 30 minutes. It is required after we are sitting in front of a computer monitor or studying for long hours.

     

    2. CALMING THE EYES

    Try Closing our eyes and cover them lightly with your cupped palms. Avoid applying pressure on

    your eyeballs. This relaxes tired eyes.

     

    3. FOCUSSING THE EYES

     

    Try to Focus on an object far away from you for about half a minute and  maintain  focus after

     then blink rapidly several times.

     

    Then refocus on a nearby object for about 15 seconds. Try to maintain your focus, then blink

    rapidly several times. Do this 10 times.
