Actor Salman Khan was exempted from appearing in the court till now for the black buck poaching case, but now he will be examined before the court. The Jodhpur District Court comprising Chief Judicial Magistrate Chandra Kala Jain has ordered the actor to mark his presence on January 29 after hearing all prosecution’s witnesses yesterday.
The 48-year-old actor is indicted of carrying weapons with an expired licence during the hunting of black bucks at Kankani village, Jodhpur in the intervening night of 1-2 October, 1998. Apart from Salman, the case also involves Sonali Bendre, Neelam Kothari, Saif Ali Khan who were with the actor at that time. All the stars were there in Jodhpur for the filming of Hum Saath Saath Hain.
