  Due to the fact that this is a Canadian order, I received email instructions on how to make the exchange from Perry at customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/cubavera/RT-F.html. I was told that if I exchanged the items (I had the medium sizes and redeemed the small ones) I would get the same discounts and free shipping on my new exchange order.
