I don't get selfish about my role: Arjun Rampal

  Lot has been said about Arjun Rampal's 'displeasure' with his role in Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine. Reportedly, he is mighty miffed with Madhur as he feels being completely overshadowed by Kareena Kapoor in the posters. Sources say that he feels cheated and sidetracked out of what he saw as a great opportunity to reclaim the lost ground post Ra.One.
  
  "Arjun is showing his dissatisfaction by focusing on Prakash Jha's Chakravyuh and has gone and chopped his hair to suit the character. Madhur will be forced to cope with the situation since he has still got to shoot a lot," says a source.
  However, Arjun clears the air by saying that he had a great experience working with Madhur. "I know Heroine is Kareena's film; it's called Heroine not Hero. I am doing this film because it is a wonderful subject. I want to contribute to good cinema and not get selfish about my role. I play a superstar. I have seen how they behave and what they are all about," says Arjun.
  Arjun's character in the film comes from a disturbed marriage, is having an affair, and is worried about his image that whether it will get tarnished. "Madhur has shown many real aspects of the film industry and captured it beautifully, like Kareena's character's insecurity about her career. When I sign a film, I look at it in totality. One person can't make or break a movie," Arjun further said.
