In India the education system is very well organized and that is the Reason why we Indians lead everywhere in the world. For example: Aryabhatta who invented number zero '0' is an Indian. As we all can very well imagine how worse the world might be without '0' and the credit goes to sir Aryabhatta. So we must be very proud to be citizens of Great Indians.
As per the education system, students who completed their graduation in the stream of engineering and were planning to study their post graduation there are two good choices:
1) M.B.A (Master of business administration)
2) M. Tech (Master of Technology)
In this article I can help you out providing the steps to be followed to pursue M. Tech in your respective area of interest. The greatness of this system is that students are permitted to change their field irrespective of what they have completed in their B. Tech i.e. If a student has completed their engineering in Electronics and Communication and is interested to pursue Masters in Computer science they were given complete freedom but the only thing is students have to undertake examination only in the respective department that they want to study in M. Tech.
EXAMINATION
In order to study M. Tech, students have to get through an examination 'GATE' which is held on the second Sunday that comes in the month of February (annually). Students who desire to continue their studies after their graduation needs to attend the examination in the final year of their engineering itself. People who interrupt their education after their graduation were interested to do their M. Tech was also permitted, but to my knowledge I suggest taking long breaks in education may affect our interests so I personally votes for a continuous study.
Applications will be available online for the month of August itself. People who need a change in the department from B. Tech to M. Tech needs to fill it clearly in the application itself, the respective blocks will
Be provided to extract the information from student to examine.
