  Om Puri annoyed with Mallika

  Veteran actor ‘Om Puri’ and ‘Mallika Sherawat’ will soon be seen playing a dirty philandering politician and his temptress arm candy  respectively in K.C. Bokadia’s Dirty Politics.

  Though, their real-life chemistry threatens to become more volatile than the film, what with Om Puri  seems that taking offence to Sherawat’s snide remarks on Kapil Sharma’s show regarding her love-making scene with the notable actor.

  Mallika, who is well-known for her liking to put her foot in her mouth, sniggered and declared on Comedy Nights With Kapil that ‘Om Puri’ dyed his hair before doing the love-making scene with her.

  A source from the unit informs, ‘Omji was very upset with Mallika’s remark. He immediately met her. She apologised. But the damage was done. They are being cold to each other. They may not promote the film together.

  When asked about the incident Om, who is never known to cut up words, admitted, he did confront Mallika, when he heard what she had said about him. He did not see the show. But people told me about it. She said it was a mistake. But what kind of a mistake is this? she put up the co-star, who is far more experienced than she, for ridicule on national television. Then she say it was  a mistake?

  Interestingly, when Mallika had done an item song with  Om puri in ‘Bim Bulaaye Baraati’ he had re-christened her ‘Mallika Sharaawat’ for her professionalconduct.
  Perhaps Om would like to change that to ‘Mallika Baghaawat’ now?
