Soya or soybean is the protein-rich legume, commonly processed into the tofu, milk, oil or even soya protein. A bowlful of soybean offers the fibre, minerals, and vitamins. These nutrients make it highly beneficial to achieve the perfect skin and hair. Here we give you four such reasons to include soybean in your daily skin and haircare routine.

As we age, we lose vital hormone  called estrogen, that helps to maintain the skin elasticity. Soybean pumps in an estrogen with the help of phytoestrogen present in it, thereby keeping the wrinkles, fine lines, discolouration and dark spots at the bay.

     Moisturises the skin

Applying the paste of soybean could replace over the counter moisturisers and leave the skin soft and supple. Also, if you are looking to leach out that an excess oil from the skin, soybean is an ideal remedy. Try glycerin to moisturise the skin naturally.

    Strengthens nails

Brittle the nails frequently speak the volumes about your health. To better their condition, the protein rich soybean could work wonders and reduces the  fungus nail infection too. For instant relief, just dip your nails in some of the soy sauce. Strengthen brittle nails with these kitchen ingredients.

    Nourishes the hair

A natural remedy like soybean could prove an extremely therapeutic for your hair. The omega-3 fatty acids in soybean make it the key ingredient to overcome hair loss, dry and brittle hair. Soybean helps to improve hair texture and adds needed elasticity to it.

    How to use soybean

Mix and make fine paste for application.

Leave it on for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Do this at least 3 times per week to see the difference. Look ten years younger with these home remedies.

Soybean juice for the healthy hair

Massage the scalp with some pure soybean juice.

Rinse off with the cold water.
