    Steps:

    Mash some of soybeans and put in the few drops of water.

    Mix and make fine paste for application.

    Leave it on for about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Soybean juice for the healthy hair

     

    Steps:

    Massage the scalp with some pure soybean juice.

    Rinse off with the cold water.

    Rinse with mild shampoo, if you wish to. You can also use amla for healthy, nourished hair.

    Do this daily for 3 months.

     

    Soybean oil with rosemary leaves for the thicker hair

     

    Steps:

    Mix natural soybean oil with the crushed rosemary leaves. Rosemary is known to increase the blood circulation in the scalp and hence stimulates the hair growth.

    Massage this on your scalp carefully in a circular motions. Apply it all through your hair as well.
