    Limit Your Hair Wash


    Sun damaged hair are prone to breakage and hair fall, so make sure not to wash your hair daily. Shampooing can also deprive your hair from the natural oils and make your hair dry and frizzy. You can wash you hair twice weekly.


    Apply Conditioner With Combing


    There is no hard and fast rule that you have to apply moisturiser only after shampooing. You can apply it on your dry hair also. Deeply condition your hair by applying conditioner on your hair generously. Then comb your hair and keep the conditioner on your hair for 20 minutes. Later wash off with cold water.


    Hair Ends Are Important

    Apply Baking Soda


    To prevent summer itching in your due to excessive sweating. Apply some baking soda on your hair and comb your hair. This will absorb all sweat from your hair and relieves itching.
