    Bollywood Star Big B was all set to promote his upcoming film “Piku” promotions and as he fell unwell with viral fever he skipped the promotions of the entertainer.  

    Through social networking site he tweeted as, "Got it... Down a bit, but communicating is now an insatiable hunger !!! And the connect seems better in recline".
